Our own crews self-perform the full mechanical scope on residential and commercial projects: Manual J, S and D load calculations, ductwork fabrication and installation, rooftop units, fan coils and air handlers, heat pumps and mini-splits, ERVs, gas piping, venting and start-up. Every job is run by a foreman who owns your schedule and walks the work before inspection. We work across the Wasatch Front and the Wasatch Back: Salt Lake County (Salt Lake City, West Jordan, South Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Draper and Sandy), Utah County (Lehi, American Fork, Saratoga Springs, Orem and Provo), Davis and Weber Counties (Bountiful, Layton and Ogden), plus Park City and Heber City.

Yes. DML Mechanical LLC holds Utah DOPL B100 and S350 licenses, our technicians are EPA 608 certified, and we are members of the Rocky Mountain Gas Association, ACCA, the Salt Lake Home Builders Association and AGC of Utah. We are BBB Accredited with an A+ rating.
Do you work on new construction or only service?
Both. Most of our work is new construction for builders and general contractors: single-family homes, custom homes, multifamily and light commercial. We also provide HVAC service and repair for homeowners, property managers and businesses.
Do you do load calculations and duct design?
Yes. We coordinate Manual J load calculations, Manual S equipment selection and Manual D duct design, so the plans, the equipment and the installation match and pass plan review and inspection.
How fast can I get an HVAC bid?
Send your plans and schedule and we respond within one business day. Our bids are line-item, with clear inclusions and exclusions, so there are no surprises at rough-in.
What HVAC systems do you install?
Furnaces and air conditioners, heat pumps and mini-splits, ducted fan coils and air handlers, hydronic connections, ERVs and HRVs, packaged rooftop units and exhaust fans, plus all the ductwork, gas piping and venting that go with them.
