Design before we build
Every project starts with the plans. We coordinate Manual J load calculations, Manual S equipment selection and Manual D duct design so the equipment is sized to the real load and every room gets the airflow it needs. Correct design speeds up plan review and prevents comfort complaints after closing.
Rough-in that passes the first time
Our crews install supply and return ductwork, flex runs, bath and kitchen exhaust, combustion air, venting and gas piping to the approved plans and Utah code. A foreman walks every house before we call for inspection, so your insulation and drywall trades are not held up by a failed rough-in.
Trim-out and start-up
At trim we set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, condensers and mini-splits, connect line sets and condensate, install registers and thermostats, and start up every system. We verify refrigerant charge, static pressure and airflow, and hand over a clean, labeled install.
