Designed to the load
We size duct runs from Manual D design so each room gets the airflow calculated in Manual J, at a static pressure the equipment can handle. That means even temperatures, lower noise and equipment that lasts.
Custom fittings that fit the first time
When existing conditions do not match the drawings, we measure on site, draw the offset or transition, and build it to fit. Our shop-built offsets, transitions, plenums and boots go in without field rework.
Rectangular, spiral and flex
We install rectangular trunk lines, spiral duct for exposed and commercial ceilings, and properly supported flex runs for residential branches. Joints are sealed with mastic or listed tape and supports are spaced to code.
Residential and commercial
From supply trunks in custom homes to large mains in high-bay warehouses, the same crew standards apply: straight runs, sealed joints, proper hangers and clean terminations.
