Rooftop units and curbs
We set packaged rooftop units, make-up air units and exhaust fans, coordinate crane lifts and rigging, install roof curbs and adapters, and work with the roofer on flashing. Every unit is connected, started up and documented.
Ductwork at any height
Our crews hang large rectangular mains, spiral duct and fittings in high-bay warehouses and open ceilings, using lifts and telehandlers when the job calls for it. Exposed ductwork is installed straight, level and supported so it looks as good as it performs.
Outside air, exhaust and ventilation
We install louvers, intake plenums, dampers, exhaust stacks and energy recovery ventilators, and coordinate penetrations with the structural, fire sprinkler and electrical trades.
Tenant improvements
For TI projects we rework existing duct systems, relocate diffusers, add zones and tie new equipment into existing controls, keeping disruption to tenants and schedules to a minimum.
